Not completely satisfied with the way your Association is being managed? As a Homeowner, you have a right to expect your Association to be managed in a professional manner to protect and enhance your investment in this property. If you are paying for and receiving anything less than that, you may want to talk to us.
Have trouble speaking to a LIVE person when you need to?
Our telephone is at work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; either by direct contact with our personnel or by a LIVE answering service trained to respond to emergencies.
Are your phone calls being returned?
Our protocol requires that:
* All phone calls be returned within 24 hours.
* All voice mail messages be returned within 24 hours.
* All fax messages be replied to within two business days.
* All e-mail traffic will get a response within two business days.

Are all your Association fees being collected on time?
All bills for dues and assessments are mailed to individual Homeowners no later than the 21st of the previous month. Funds received are posted the next business day following receipt. We rigorously follow up delinquencies and, following your CC & Rs, use all legal means to collect delinquencies.
Are all your Association Funds safely secured in a government Insured Trust Account?
Following DRE Regulations, all funds received by us are deposited into your Association's separate Trust Account within two business days of receipt. No person other than the Trustee of that account has access to any of these funds.
Is your Association being personally inspected on a regular basis?
Your Association premises will be personally and physically inspected, and a written report will be made available no less than once every month. More frequent inspections can be arranged if needed.
Do you have access to understandable monthly financial reports?
All of our reports are "User Friendly" and specially designed to make it easy for you to track your Association's fiscal performance monthly.
Do you have the name of at least THREE Management Company personnel you can talk to?
When we manage your Association, you will be given the names of at least THREE people you can reach if necessary. |
